I finished my code modification to Card.getText(). The spellText:

Storm (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)

no longer needs to be included with the spell's cards.txt entry. This string will be added on via the modification to Card.getText() that I made.
