import card price list

Hello,
I want to import the cardListPrices.txt from cache folder into Forge project. I want to be able to have it in the class "PaperCard".
But I cannot figure out where to loaded and how to do this.
I want to be able to access it in adventure mode.
I think this file is read for quest mode but i needed to be part if "PaperCard" class.

Any ideea in what class/ function to loaded?
I guess will be an object just like "rules" or "edition", right?
