How to commit to svn?

Hello, new developer here. I am just wondering how to commit the changes I've made to the latest build repo? (I added some cards and tested them) when I try to svn commit, it says I'm not allowed to....

Send your google email address to DennisBergkamp by private message and he will give you commit status.
