I started a quest a few days ago and tonight after rebuilding forge I tried to load my quest deck in the deck editor and received the following error, any idea how to fix it?

AI cast Crystallization on my creature. I used Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker to destroy it, however the creature remained enchanted even when the enchantment was in the graveyard.

Balefire Liege is not triggering when casting a red spell.

Sigil of the Nayan Gods is just sitting on the battlefield after I cast Incinerate on the creature that it was being cast on.

The Liege triggered on Bogardian hammer but not on Magus of the Moon. Duplicated that it did not trigger on Kuldotha Phoenix.

AI Casts a Spell with tapping Forbidden Orchard. The Orchard's Ability doesn't hit the Stack until after that Spell Resolves (instead of after that Spell hits the Stack)

Got the following when I closed the popup window showing the three rares I won after defeating the medium white quest in quest mode. After I closed the error window I got the window showing I won the match, followed by the new cards window, followed by the "You lose" window followed by the error again.

- Lands are entering the battlefield untapped regardless. Terramorphic Expanse and Path to Exile are the ones I tested

- Living Weapon isn't working. Mortarpod enters the battlefield but the token instantly dies.

Alright I think Cards should be retaining Tapped status when they ETB now.

I can't tell what's the issue with Living Weapon. The token is created just fine, and it looks like it's being equipped as well. It seems like the Germ isn't having a toughness pump before the static effect is checked?
