retiring Ability_Tap

Hi all,

I've been working on converting all cards that use Ability_Tap to use Ability_Activated and Ability_Cost and Target instead.

I think I have everything taken care of now for the cards.

If I'm not mistaken, we then don't need Ability_Tap anymore, as everything going forward should be using Ability_Activated instead. If so, after we release the next beta, I'm going to start pulling out all the checks for Ability_Tap in the code base, and ultimately, Ability_Tap itself. (In which case, I don't believe we need Input_NoCost_TapAbility either.)

Comments or concerns, please post.

I have not had a chance to give it much thought, as such, all I can say at this moment is thank you for your help. Those recent card conversions of yours often times involved several code segments and they are not all that easy to find. :D

Wooooo Kill it! Kill it! At some point I tried going through and clearing some out but quickly burned myself out on it. Thanks for running through and cleaning them out.
