forge try to download wb_1_1_spirit_rna, but it has wrong name.
It should be "wb_1_1_spirit_flying_rna".
Otherwise forge did not recognize.

It should be not .

I think most of the causes of errors are that the character codes of text files are different.
SJIS and UTF-7 are mixed, and an error has occurred in UTF-7.

It seems to be forgotten fix of "Plaza of Harmony".
Plaza of Harmony shouldn't have cost 0.
I think it should be change line 2 as follows.
ManaCost: -> ManaCost:no cost
