Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I poked around quite a bit, but I couldn't figure out how the tabs could be removed/hidden for the card shop.

Maybe see how it was done with the Dev mode tab. Its the only one I can think of that's hidden under specific conditions, with the layout adjusting automatically to accomodate it.
