Added features to RemoveCounter

I just checked in some additions to support "Any" as a valid CounterType for RemoveCounter. This made the a few cards scriptable

Ferropede
Hex Parasite
Medicine Runner
Spinal Parasite

The AI doesn't have any targeting logic right now. I basically got the cards to a point where they won't cause a crash if they are in an AI deck.

I believe Chisei, Heart of Oceans is also now scriptable. I have some idea for "All" also which would make Aether Snap and Fate Transfer scriptable and Vampire Hexmage convert to script.
