Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Not yet, but some of the Wizards R&D guys wished the ability was more generically worded so it could be easier to use later, since it's a neat ability.

The eagle has landed. AI does not use it yet. Please test.

Great work Sloth! All seems to work well (even when both the original spell and the spliced spell use remembered cards with cleanups - something I thought might cause problems).
