Will there be 7 leaders, including inactive ones?
That's too many!

I am thinking about this but have not yet decided how we should handle this situation. Having 4 active group leaders puts us in a position where someone should be able to give commit privs to someone when the need arises. Leaders can go on vacation, get busy at work for awhile, etc and there should still be a leader ready to give the commit privs.

Rares is busy attending a trade school. Dennis is busy with work and with raising a family. Might make sense to move them from group leader down a peg to group member.

Rob is not as active as he was in the past but he still drops by this forum on occasion to read the various messages. And he still maintains our cardforge site and this site is very important to our project. Rob has not disappeared, he just is not as visible as he was in the past. :)

I don't think it's really too many, it's not like there is any "leading" going on. The only thing that these raised privileges do is grant commit privileges to our svn.

You are now listed as a forge mod. You should make sure that you have all of the available features as a few may be missing. You should only have new features in the Forge Forum and not elsewhere.

Look under your USER MENU and you should see that you now have a Moderator Control Panel. It looks like this new CP in not shown while you are creating a message/reply or when editing a message.

You should notice that the edit message button is available for other people's messages in the forge forum and not just your own.

While viewing a forge message topic you should see a list titled Quick-mod tools and this should be in the bottom right hand corner.

I may have provided enough detail. If not, Marc and I will try to fill in the gaps.

I'm only half-dead but feel free to remove me from the leader list. Forge needs new blood. :)
