Script Cleanup

I have some free time this weekend, so I think I'm going to deprecate the use of Tgt$ Tgt{C}{P} and convert all of the existing cards that use this shortened format. This was mostly carry over from pre-Ability Factory times and it's time we move everything to ValidTgts.

I'll get this all setup this morning and commit it in about 6 hours or so. Lemme know before than if you think this shouldn't be done.

Alright this is all done. I didn't take a look at the Gatecrash cards, so hopefully nobody is using that format there. I'll double check the use of Tgt$ before removing the functions entirely, probably after Gatecrash is merged.
