What's going on

Welcome. I downloaded some sort of internet version of Magic (I also have versions of the orginal but the Jets it on a CD and my computer does not have a CD player). There is in it a lot of new cards. I would like to download the latest versions. Can someone give one link in which you will have everything?? Please.

I go on this forum and there are plenty of links and who knows what I download this one at all to get it working.
