Question regarding swithcer and cards number limit

As I understand, there's a limit which might be present in Manalink at the same time. That led to creation of swithcer.exe.
The question is does it means that some of the old cards would just disaappear totally after addition of new cards to the program or would they be available by switching game mode with switcher utility?

For now, they are available via switcher.
