no pictures in constructed

everything is fine in limited but in constructed, there is no art for any card. there are 2 folders cardart and cardartnew. everything except Thumbs.db is in cardart. when i switch the art, very little of the cards have art and more of it is wrong. when i switch it all over, the program wont even load....HELP!
ps. why isnt baneslayer in limited?!
