Reinstall issue and question...

With all the new changes going on I decided to wipe out my current version and start with a new fresh copy of everything. So from the installation Wiki I started the Manalink downloads. Those went fine (with the exception of a file called MetArt.cat) it said this file is broken. The game seems to run fine without it thought so I'm not sure what the deal is with that.

Anyways, my issues start to pop up as I go to install the expansions.
1.) Once all the files have been installed. I put all the folders where they should go and installed in the order they are found in the Wiki. I have tons of cards coming up without art. I remembered a while back there was a file called something like card art "big file". I think that had everything in it, but that has been removed from the install, and I don't know were the link to it is.

2.) When I check the card counter in the new custom program it is only showing that I have just over 2200 cards. I believe there is now 2354 cards available. So I seem to be missing 70 to 100 cards some how.

So my questions are, is the files in the install fully complete and I just messed it up some how? If not, were can I download ALL 2354 cards and get their complete art work?
