Got almost everything working except switcher...

Hello everyone,

I am brand new to the forum. I have played my beloved copy of Magic nearly to death, so imagine my rapture when I found out, just a couple of days ago, about ManaLink 2.0. You guys have done an absolutely awesome job of extending this game. That was something I had wanted for years but had given up on long years ago. Thank you guys soooo much. Now for my noob question. :oops:

I started with the 2010 installer, and have picked up a variety of other things since then, including the my2000 program, the newest art and code files, etc.

After much forum reading, I got the challenge mode working (took me awhile to figure out the auto-lose was illegal decks versus something else, and then longer to make an actual legal deck!). I think I have the hang of my2000 and even made a few card edits on a lark.

The one thing I cannot get to work is for switcher going to custom. It works fine with constructed and limited, but when I click to switch to custom, it does nothing. However, when I just launch the MagicCustom exe file, everything seems to work just fine, including the swaps I made in my2000. Obviously not a big deal since I have a work around, but figured one of you might know why my switcher won't switch to custom when everything else seems to work fine. Any ideas?

Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH to all of those of you who worked on ManaLink 2.0, my2000, SkyMagic, the Challenges, etc. This is going to keep me from all my usual time consuming habits for weeks if not months!

I'm not sure exactly, but I had the same problem, and found the same workaround, so you aren't the only one :p

Well that makes me feel less stupid.

Thanks for confirming it's not just me.
