I will move and merge it in the install thread if you don't mind.
Is it a full package game or the skin only? If it's a full version, can you also upload a skin only version?

You only need the latest update if you use the archives from the OP (unless you get the ozks archive which is the latest up to date version)

OP usually means "Original Poster" which refers to the person who started a thread.
In this case, it most likely refers to the original post aka the first post in this thread.

According to google results, the error 0x80004005 often occurs in conjunction with network drives and/or a corrupted win7 user account.
Here's the first two fixes suggested in this thread:

Here's the first two fixes suggested in this thread:
Solution 1 by a user:
Solution 2 by a Microsoft support staff member:i solved it .
steps are:
1- go start->control panel->device manager open it
2- in view menu tick "view hidden devices"
3- open network adapters branch.
4- you will see many adapters named Microsoft 6to4. (i had over 150 number of them).
5- delete all.
6- restart your pc.
enjoy it
Use those at your own risk. Alternatively, ask the webcrawler of your choice (google usually has the most efficient bots) to learn more about possible causes and solutions.Did this problem recently begin? If so, did you make any changes prior to the problem?
Please log into or create a guest account to see if the problem is reproduced there. If the problem does not happen on the guest account, please follow the steps outlined in Fix a corrupted user account.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

I'm sorry to hear that solution only made things worse for you. I've never encountered that error myself, so I can only go by what google results tell me.
There's a less dangerous solution in this thread (2nd result on the first results page).
If you've used the standard downloader and not a 3rd party download accelerator, please check the following possible causes:
Does the user account you're logged in to while trying to unzip have administrator rights?
Are you running 3rd party antivirus software like bitdefender, AVG, Kaspersky or similiar? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling or uninstalling it?
What program are you using to unzip files? have you tried unzipping the file via 7-zip?
What version/distribution of Manalink are you trying to extract? Have you tried unzipping another version/distribution? I doubt the error is file-sided, though.
Doing another web search, I've found several people reporting the exact issue you have encountered on both Win7 and Vista. The solutions by the Microsoft support staff folks always look the same: They suggest temporarily disabling/uninstalling antivirus software. One of those macro-lovers also suggested checking whether it's a permission-related issue:

IDM = Internet Download Manager (3rd party software)Well,i got it was IDM that was causing problem.I don't know for somw odd reasons i turned off IDM and used default windows downloader. When the zip file completely downloaded.I extracted it without any error.
In short, it was IDM the main cause of this prblem

Step 3:
Try giving permissions to the zip file and check. Follow the steps mentioned below.
a. Right click on the zip file and click on Properties.
b. Click on the security tab and click on the administrator’s name.
c. Give full access to the program.
d. Now open the file and check, whether the issue is resolved.

i dont know, sounds more like hardware issues to me, cause even when you reinstall your windows!, when you reinstall your O.S. should fix all troubles.
1. you make a clean install, Format your hard drive? (check if your O.S. disc is not damaged or corrupted)
2. maybe is your hard drive, dying. Check the surface of this with the program "HDD Regenerator" you'll should see if has bad sector and if that occurs, the program will jumps that sector for not use it anymore.
you'll should check the second option, maybe thats the problem, you dont notice corrupt files randomly on your computer?
3. which version you've downloaded? i've downloaded again the last version i've uploaded and works fine (download with mozilla firefox)

With 7zip it extracts without errors, but after to install first, the application doesnt run, it say this when i try open the deck editor:
-Could not load cardback. "C:/.../CardArt/cardback.pic
-Could not load mana symbols. "C:/.../CardArt/mana symbols.pic
And of course other error 0x0000142.
Moreover when i explore the folder of the program many archives appear unextracted!.
I'm doing some noob mistake, i'm sure.

Had you checked the possible error sources I listed in my previous post?
There shouldn't be zip archives left after you've extracted the main archive, unless I'm mistaken. The "could not load [...]" errors strongly imply that either the archive you're trying to extract is broken (7zip would return an error message while extracting in that case) or, more likely, you're system (or one of the programs installed on it) is faulty.
In order to clarify and eliminate possible problem sources, please answer the following:
1) Is the user account you've been using when extracting the files an account with administrator rights? If not, have you tried extracting the files with your admin account?
2) Are you using 3rd party download tools? If so, have you tried re-downloading the file using your browser's standard downloader? Have you tried re-downloading the file in general?
3) Are you using 3rd party antivirus software like AVG or Kaspersky? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling or uninstalling it?
4) Have you used the correct version of 7zip (32/64 bit)?
5) Is the copy of Win7 you're using genuine? "Borrowed" versions of Windows might contain corrupt system files.
6) Just to make sure: The first thing you've done after extracting was running the Install_Me_First!.cmd file and you have not applied any patches before starting Manalink, right?
7) Can you tell us the name of the file you're trying to extract?
8) Can you tell us the name of the file that prompts the 0x0000142 error? You can see the file's name in the top line of the error window.
9) Have you checked your HDD like ozks suggested?
