drawcardlib.dll corrupt

Hello.
I downloaded mok's manalink (2 files)
Microprose MTG Mok's Manalink 2.0 Version.part1.rar (92.77 MB)
Microprose MTG Mok's Manalink 2.0 Version.part2.rar (91.76 MB)
Unpacked it.
Copied folder to the VMWare win98SE guest OS. When i try run the magic.exe got the error drawcardlib.dll corrupt .
What i did wrong ?
