Original Game Installation

I recently got the original games (MTG, SOTA and DOTP), and I'm trying to install them.
Problem is, I'm uncertain what the install and patch order should look like (only the official patches).
So, what would the order be for MTG with SOTA, and what would it be for DOTP with SOTA?
