please help with download

I'm trying to download the CardArtNew.rar file and it says that it is 96.8MB. When I try to save the file it saves in about a second and only gets 64kb of info. For some reason there seems to be an error. Does anyone have a different link I could try to get this file or know why my system can't download it? The other files downloaded fine.
