Upgrade Path from old DOTPW install

Afternoon,
Years ago I installed the 2009 ISO with the 2011 patch of DOTPW. I now wish to play with new cards for once and have not be able to find information on how to upgrade. The install guide seems old (unless there is another I didn't see)
What would be the upgrade path from the 2011 patch to whatever is the most recent card group.

Read the whole topic and follow the instructions in this link,in patches forum which will be essential forum to follow if you like to upgrade to latest patch when one is around:

Sarlack's HighRes Widescreen & Standard 4:3 Graphic mod, available here.
