Collectible Card Game Headquarters

So somehow my magic is corrupt, I failed at updating and all my attempts to fix it have not made anything better so I plan on just redownloading all the files and start fresh. I have beaten about 1/2 the old challenges and would like to keep my progress in them though, is there some specific file to copy over between the screwed up version and the fresh install or am I pretty much boned?
