Custom Set Editor only replaces Art

So i was guided to the latest update for Manalink, which is awesome.But it has many good cards spread between Construct and Limited. So i try to get the My 2000 application from http://www.slightlymagic.net/wiki/My_20 ... n_and_FAQs

In My 2000 Custom Set Editor, it switches the names and art of card at first(after restart, it switches text and everything - whole card), on each of the libraries - moving the old one into cards missing from Custom Library and moving new one into Custom Library. But the thing is, that in game it dose`t change anything but arts.

So for instance i switched Ancestral Recall with Archmage Ascension , but all it did in deck builder was that it switched art. And i am 100% sure i did`t have that active, and i try it with multiple cards, as well as trying it with switching just art (which is faster).

So am i missing something, i read the guid and FAQ, is`t there some kind of button that somehow packs the Custom Library for use in game? or something? (i hope not that 'many hours button')

Forget it i seems to find a way how to fix this.
