bloodbraid elf bug

A while ago there was a bug with Bloodbraid Elf where the cascaded card would go to your hand instead of play. Someone had a savegame of this. Can anyone hunt that down? If not, can you reproduce it? (you'd need to use this version: http://www.mediafire.com/file/mzydlm24lmy/20100707.zip)

BloodBraid Elf works fine now, as all the other cascade cards, at least I had no trouble since you improved them.

They work now, but the spells cast cannot be countered, don't trigger the R/W Liege, etc. So I basically traded one set of bugs for another. I'd like to replicate the original bug so that maybe I can fix everything.

Here it is, after playing 4 Bloodbraid Elf that put 3 Scute Mob and Sakura Tribe Elder into play, one finally cascaded into Living Wish that stayed in my hand. Cascade worked fine for creatures, and I think for instants, but enchantments and sorceries didn't work. I didn't test for instant this time but I can if you need me to.
