Is it possible to add more cards and still play multiplayer?

Hi can anyone tell me if it's possible to add more cards to the 2010 iso verion and still play multiplayer games?
I'm still missing a lot of cards from series like the legends and the dark.
These are in the christmas update but i can't seem to get the multiplayer working with that one.
Also i'm not really getting what the limited and constucted versions of manalink are for?
Thanx

The ISO was designed for multiplayer and/or single player and for now it is the only way to play with any new cards at all and play multiplayer.
There are other applications that have a much larger mutliplayer card library like Magic Workstation.

Limited Manalink is for playing sealed or draft since the Constructed version just has the best cards from a lot of sets. When you play Sealed/Draft you want full sets of cards.
Limited contains full sets or nearly full sets of.
M11
Zendikar
4th Edition
A few others I think also but at least those 3.

The ISO's card list is effectively fixed now, as the development of the version of the game included on the ISO was discontinued in 2009.
It's possibly the last version of the game which retains the overall feel and look of the original Microprose game, but has the bonus of including cards which were never available in the original.
It's mainly supported now for nostalgic reasons and as a introductory platform to the newer development versions.
