Run manalink3 in XPx64. Anyone?

Im setting up a XPx64 machine.. and Im not able to make manalink3 to run. I tested last version and older and older and older ones with same problem... when I click on magic.exe nothing appears.
I have installed VC2010 x64/64 also VisualBasic6 as main requierements to run the program.
I wonder if anyone was able to run manalink in this OS. Im not sure if the magic.exe is designed to run on a XPx64 or I need a new compiled version for it.
