Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Where would i look to find out about changing the 2000 cards.For example if i only wanted to played the Limited version,how would i add about 50 cards (Buried alive,Reya Dawn Bringer,etc) to my Limited version.Ive read a few things on here where people are getting the 2000 cards they want.How do i make this happen.Or is this even possible?

This should cover it.Haven´t tried this myself so i can´t really help you beside providing the WIKI link.

It is pretty much a third "custom" version you have to start instead.
