Collectible Card Game Headquarters

When i open Deck editor exe.I go to custom,then hit include exclude decks.
When my 2000 pops up it shows 0 cards of 2000.Ive tried to hit get card deck by breakdown, (all 3 of the Long boxes are empty) ive tried to refresh,update.Still i see no decks or cards.
i put the decks in the custom folders etc.i have service pack 3 ,i even tried the BVruntime (or whatever that option was).Does anyone know why i dont see decks or cards.It does say 'run path error 76' when i try to load a deck from the editor.

According to the WIKI My 2000 is "(OBSOLETE, except for developers)".

I had a ton of trouble getting this to work myself. Highly suggest to not use it at all.
