ManaLink SCV Issue..Challenges make me play my own deck?

and I have noticed whenever I play SCV Challenges they work, but when I end up switching Windows like going from Magic to any other window and go back into the game...If I try playing ANY Challenges I just end up having to play my OWN Deck and if I win then the challenges ACTUALLY Start..
Anyone else having this problem?
Sorry if I confused everyone I hope the explanation is good but if you want to try and clarify a little better just let me know thanks for the time.
basically opens fine, plays fine, but when I am in ANY Challenge and I want to check another window for a second then switch back to the game if I lose then I try to replay challenge or any other challenge and I get put into a Mirror Match where if I win I move on and start the challenge if I lose then I have to do the Mirror Match Again...Kind of weird.
