How to find specific blocks?
by Jericho78 » 11 Jun 2011, 14:24
I hope I posted in the right place.
I went through the "Patches" topic and there are sure a lot of great work here. I have installed the game and downloaded the latest patches (I hope). However, I noticed quite a number of cards not available or a certain block is unavailable, even though one or two cards from that block is around. For example, Onslaught. I can see Ravenous Baloth but no Krosan Chieftain or Tephraderm. Please know that I am new here and have retired from the Magic scene for quite awhile.
Can someone point the way or is this just the way it is? Maybe I messed up? How do I get downloads for all the cards till today or if not, specific blocks? Once downloaded, do I overwrite the folder or do I overwrite the contents? I'm still confused on what to do and how to update.
Thank you in advance.

When you address a question about Manalink 2 you'd better post it there to get answers.Installation and Troubleshooting
forum is for that.
Not all cards are coded yet.No matter when they were printed.

Sorry Aswan, for posting in the wrong place. I thought since this is the FAQ section, I'll keep on reading the forums then and wait as you suggested. Many thanks.
By the way, how do you play versus someone, not AI?

For Manalink you can use this link to understand how to connect but it is buggy.see multiplayer in the end.

Most people use other programs to play online like cockatrice or Mage that we have here.Maybe try those.
