Card editor-card editorL doesn't open-can't find skyeditor

I have a new hard drive (old burned and lost everything-back up fool) and installed Manalink wiki version and later patches.My card editor doesn't open and I can't find sky editor.
Windows XP service pack 3.

Very old skymagic editor still available from old Salbei website :

Even if it's uber slow, I was able to download again file, it's "skymagic editor 1.0.rar".

I have also an old version of my2000 (quite not that old since it has the Salbei graphics) and the current CardEditor.exe if that help...

Could smt not letting the new card editor not opening?I see the dos window but nothing loads.
Can you upload your new card editor thanks?

After I installed the old skymagic card editor the new one works, too.I think in the patch there is not it's configuration settings,that's why it didn't work.
Also from Wiki version the binary.card.dat is missing.

If it helps. You don't actually need an original copy of the BinaryCards.dat file. You can just copy an existing Cards.dat file and rename it to BinaryCards.dat and it'll work fine.
