Downloaded ManaLink 3.0, no cards

So I recently downloaded ManaLink 3.0, and I'm having trouble playing the game. Namely, when I go into the deck editor through Magic.exe, all I get of the cards are the borders. Plus there's no music like there should be. I was able to play 2.0 just fine, but upgrading to 3.0 makes this unplayable. By the way, I have Windows 7 Home Premium, and this problem occurs with both CirothUngol's version and Gargaroz's version. I've already installed Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. Please tell me there's a fix.

Most probably you don't have the cardart downloaded.In your main directory is there a file "CardArtMananlink" and does it have the cardart in there?

For sound copy the sound file from Manalink 2.0 and put it in Manalink 3.0.

I guess I should have been more specific: when I say that the borders is all I see, I mean that's ALL I SEE. I can't get the names, mana costs, text boxes, or anything else to show up.

You must extract the manalink 3.0 in a new folder, also did you try to play after a reboot.
What is your OS version?
