Absolutely lost on install

Anyone still come here? I was excited to download Manalink 3, but am having no luck installing it. I've followed all the listed FAQs and hints, but I still get the DSCV11 error whenever I try to start the game. Even the wikilink page still lists 2.0 so I'm not sure if that should help me with 3.0

I have never heard of such an error before.
