Where can I get latest Installation & Update? On Windows 7

I am just wondering where I can get the very latest Installation Downloads to get the most up to date version of the game and Manalink 3.0.

I have tried to Install all the files but I keep getting errors and it won't start or when I get in game it freezes up and crashes.

I am on Win 7 x64
