M11... coding done, but set far from completion

I notice there's a field that you missed in a lot of cards: Effect Title and Text. These fields are what shows up in the glowy orange box when you activate an effect that lasts a while (ex: water servant, whispersilk cloak). Would you mind taking the latest copy of the csv and updating those fields for the M11 cards?
