I'll bet I'd have to spend more on boosters than I would just buying a mox to get something like that, even if it is real :p Plus, I haven't bought a booster/starter in nine years...

If there were enough of these reprints to drive the cost of moxes and such down to an affordable level, I might get back in the game again, but I really doubt there will be that many, again assuming this is true. I started at the time of revised/fallen empires, so I'd just missed all those cards; moxes were like $150 and black lotus was like $400 when I started. (and dual lands were like $6, but I didn't outgrow noobishness until they were out of print)
I´ve seen it at several sources that i trust. And it really makes sense.
You don´t get one in every booster ... would be more likly to get one in like 100 displays - but thats just speculation from my side.
There are still the odds of getting a freaking mox in there , and you know what that will mean to the sales of the boosters. It is a good promotion and is making buying boosters more attractive -> a win/win situation for Wizards of the Coast. Its not like printing a mox costs more than printing a Llanowar Elves.
Even if you get something like a Sinkhole its still worth more than the Booster you´ve bought.
It would be a really clever marketing strategy and its making sense that they do it.

Hmm from what i have read the Vintage cards inserted on the packs are not reprints they're actually cards from Alpha, Beta, Revised and so on. Sorry for the off-topic.

Well, I didn't open any Black Lotuses this weekend, but at least I won my pre-release. Maybe I had an advantage from coding Zendikar cards all week :)

One more note: please give each trap the subtype 'BRUSHWAGG' and each equipment the subtype 'CARIBOU'. Thanks.

Btw, all the cards listed for Wave 1 are coded and ready for testing, once the csv update is done.

I feel that this should be made a Sticky Topic.

So shall it be, so it is done!

I've got the entire set coded now, but untested. (18 cards were uncodable, and another 10 or so are approximations). Besides somacat, is anyone able to help with the adding of records to the csv/exe file using skymagic editor? It's a shame to have these 200+ cards ready, but unplayable due to lack of helpers.

I haven't tried skyeditor yet, but if it's as simple as you wrote, i think i could help with inserting the cards!

I'm halfway done. Been a bit more time consuming than I thought. Will try and finish it tonight. Worst case I have a day off day after tomorrow...

EDIT: Help with the 2nd wave would be much appreciated, as I'm really busy right now heading into my vacation next week!

EDIT2: OK, it's gonna be Friday. I locked myself out of the house tonight =/

Why not give it a try, and see what you think. You could work on the csv part for the cards not included in the first wave while somacat finishes those.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully it'll go quicker once you have some practice. I find it takes me about a minute to do each card once I have gatherer open to copy/paste from.
