Are there cards that....

1) What cards use legacy effecys (those ghost-like effects) that you have to click on to activate?
Ones I can think of are Channel, Ifh-Biff Effrit, Nether Shadow, and Naf's Asp. Are there more?

2) Are there cards (besides lifelink) that count how much combat damage was done by a creature?

3) Are there any cards (besides exalted) that count the number of attackers?

4) Mill your deck besides Millstone and Glimpse the Unthinkable?

3) Goblin Piledriver counts a sub-set of attackers.

4) Altar of Dementia - Sacrifice a creature: Target player puts a number of cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power from the top of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

Whetstone - 3:each player puts the top two cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

4) There are actually a good number of cards that mill you. Some of the ones off the top of my head:

Grindstone (this combined with Painter's Servant is quite a combo)
Sanity Grinding
Jace Beleren ultimate ability
