Are asking about the A replaces B, B replaces C bug? If so, I fixed that and updated the link.

I don't understand what you mean about the colorless cards.

Actually, colorless Eldrazis use the brown border of artifact cards. Do you know if adding a new specific border for the colorless cards is possible (like the gold one for multicolor spells) ?

Here's already the pictures. I also added better quality picts I made some times ago for some of the older cards (I put the Steve Argyle FNM promo's Bloodbraid Elf instead of the ugly version by Dominick Domingo, all the other cards are the same pictures).

1) Please also add Searing Blaze and Arbor Elf
2) Can you rename the images to the appropriate ids
2.5) I didn't look at what you entered for the AI fields. Did you skip these, or make your best guess?

I input the code pointers and tried things out. Things look ok. A lot of data entry errors, but the 2 that are most common are:

1) Expansion should be set to 8h for all non-token cards. Looks like you left that field as-is.
2) Cards with activated abilities need to have '01' in the 'Extra Abilities' slot.

My bad.
I'll help again if I can and these two will never reappear.
(So if you see another avoidable mistakes, please just name them.)

Don't feel bad, everyone makes mistakes, especially their first time.

Some other mistakes I noticed:
1) The exe tab for Broodwarden was completely missing
2) For several creatures, you forgot to remove abilities on the exe tab (exe: Arbor Elf was flying)
3) Kozilek's Predator has double text
4) Eye of Ugin has a weird character in the text
I didn't mention these because they just seem like data entry errors, which are bound to happen when you enter cards without being able to test them.

The other thing that can be improved is the reserved information slot. It's kind of mysterious what that data is, but we know it impacts how the AI uses the card. That's why you always want to copy the closest card's reserved info. So for Awakening Zone, for example, you'd probably want to copy the info from Bitterblossom.
