Collectible Card Game Headquarters

My question is how do you open the CSV files, (it looks like a excel file) but does it corrupt it if you open in excel and does it matter in what excel format. I want to see the card listing. thanks.

open excel first, then go to tab 'Data' and click 'From Text'. Select your csv-file and the import-wizard will popup. From there you'll manage, i guess.
