That's fixed in the new version of DB I posted yesterday.foolosopher wrote:Same here...0rion79 wrote:A couple of things worthy of being mentioned after testing the latest available files:
1 - now the deck editor crashes when filters for creature types are activated (the ones obtained by right-clicking on creatures button)
2 - creature type list is no longer in alphabetical order but starts with Viashino (and then Rebel, Mercenary, Carrier, Unused, Unused ecc.)

After some reports about card bugs that have to do with creatures with 3 subtypes I was checking and didn't see a 3nd,4th, subtype column are they implemented (imported to the engine) yet and I am not looking in the right place? or it is a work that has to be done and how?It is something that affects a lot of cards and will solve a lot of problems.

Columns Y-AE in Manalink.xls file. Not implemented yet.
The game is currently still using the old Subtype/Subtype 2 system - Columns AF/AG.
Working On: Life, the Universe, and Everything.

In order to make that field works, I need to recode various things, plus they will never work for the targeting sub unless the engine is modified, so you'll have to wait a bit more for these.

I saw the columns "new types" but I was confused as they had numbers but not the same as the ones in subtype,subtype2 or at least the first one to work as expansion for 3nd types creatures.

I've just realized that creatures with more than 2 creature types are not shown in the deck editor. EG, Seton's Scout is not visibile, with or without filters. It also misses its art: has the gray filler.

Oh, lol! I've forgot it! I did it for myself in my custom version because it was so damn easy, that's why it was in my decks! Gargaroz, can you activate it for the next patch?

But they were merely vanilla cards that I used in tribe decks! With limited space, there was nothing worthy of being removed in Constructed nor limited.

This brings me on another topic. There might be people who want to fill the gaps in old expansions for easy to code cards.
How does one proceed?
I guess Gargaroz has to decide if, and how, to do it, since he has made the majority of the cards lately.
Or is there somewhere a topic about this?

i can only assume that the people that have coded new cards if they can give Gargaroz a copy of the code that they created he could put it in the right coded area..I see that there is alot of different c file sets in the source which leads me to believe that you have coded that set in that c file, so therefore it should be a matter of just inputting the code from one person to yours correct Garg or am i way off?
can I maze of ith your snowstorm?

But I think Orion79 didn't code his card in C since it was long time ago, using skymarshall editor...

In fact. But it was even easier: there were some good vanilla cards, plus others that had abilities already coded.stassy wrote:But I think Orion79 didn't code his card in C since it was long time ago, using skymarshall editor...
EG, for Seton's Scout I used Nimble Mongoose 's code, since Shroud and Web are two static abilities.
As well for Yavimaya Dryad I used Wood Elves code, and so on.
But now, without Skymagic editor, I really don't want to use exe editing programs. When it will be updated, I will consider about activating some vanilla cards, if Gargaroz allows me. In that case, now Microsoft Office is no longer good for editing CSV, right? Should I download Open Office?
