Need help developing a 93-94 Lich deck

As the title says, I am interested in the developing of an oldschool Lich deck in 93-94 format. The main idea is to use the combo Lich + Mirror Universe. Up to now my deck is:

The only winning condition is the combo Lich + Mirror Universe. The problem is when the enemy uses disenchant to destroy my lich and I lose the game. Lich is a very challenging card.

Any ideas to improve this deck?
