With recent changes to the rules engine, if you plan to use the spirit guides in your solutions then you should include them in the deck you go into the challenge with. If you do not, their abilities may not initialize properly.

I'd very much appreciate if someone could PM me the solution to number #10
Been busting my head for days, cant find the solution and I'd like to continue to other challenges. At least give me one card!
Thx in advance

For a hint on #10, I would say it involves an old rule that was modified by the 6th edition rule changes. I will respect the maintainters' wishes here so I won't post the solution. But if you Google for the 6th edition rules changes it should give you ideas to try. One of those rules changes made the solution to this puzzle "not work" in modern magic.

OK so I know I am probably just being dumb, but I can not see the solution to the first puzzle. I have figured out most of the others, but the first is stumping me for some reason. Any hints would be appreciated.

For the first one, you get to pick 2 sorcery and one creature. If you are going to win on that turn, then you'll probably need something in there capable of dealing the 8 damage required. Try just looking at all the sorceries with mana cost 2 or less, and all of the creatures with 8 power or more. (you can use the filters for this, once for the sorceries and once for the creatures) Maybe you've already done that, but take another careful look.

There's a glitch in Puzzle #2.
The two card names include the following letters
ABEFFIKLORRST
Is the "native" solution using these cards?
Something that would work in paper magic doesnt work in Manalink here :(

Also, @post above mine, I solved the first one without a "native-power-8" creature ^^

If I were to use spirit guides in one of the puzzle how do i go by making them work. In regular play you tap game engine to use but this option seems to not be available. If i cant use please pm me and ill send you what puzzle im on and what cards im using and if its a solution that works but the game doesnt work properly can I please have the solution so I can get to next problem. Thank you

For a hint to #9, I'd just throw out there that you know what is in your deck. Also, when I was struggling with this one someone told me that the solution "feels like cheating". Which it kind of does.

For #10, there are two solutions that I know of. One depends on the 6th edition rules. My solution does not, and would be legal under current rules. The two solutions only share one card.

So I beat these all before, and rather than digging through backups to fetch my old Faces folder, I thought I'd just beat them again really quick. Problem being, I can't for the life of me remember #6. Found a new solution, one that takes a long time. Unfortunately after enough iterations it crashes the program and I get an error about not having room on the CD. Is there a fast solution to 6, or does it require generating a crap ton of mana?
