Fetch lands, might be something I would tweak, but Bloodghast, not for me. Not real keen on the 10 life for Haste stipulation. I like the way the deck works for now. The Krovikan Horror's might be rotated out in a different version, but I like their flexibility in dealing direct damage to sacking, and the fact that they, along with the ghoul & shadow, keep the conveyor going.
However, I will test the deck with the two changes you posted and chart the differences in speed, turns and efficiency.

(EDIT)
After play testing the deck for a day, I will leave the land as is. I have not had any problems at all with mana development, (a result of having 24 lands in the deck!) and I see no reason to use fetch lands like Bloodstained Mire & take a Life hit when Dragonskull Summit only needs either a Swamp or Mountain in play, which is almost guaranteed, for it to come into play ready to be used right away. I also prefer it to Rakdos Carnarium which demands a land be returned to your hand and comes into play tapped.
I could see maybe testing this deck with some Crypt of Agadeem as the very nature of this recursion deck plays right into this land's strength.
The only other land I might consider for this deck would be Reflecting Pool, especially for early game needs.
So far, this deck has really impressed me with it's mana production & it's non stop creature presence and also the flexibility to answer other deck's threats. We all know that all decks have their weaknesses, and this deck is no exception, but it is a good, tough deck to beat and is a blast to play!
