Why is this deck illegal?

I have checked and double checked this deck against the banned and restricted lists for vintage and can't for the life of me see what's breaching the rules but I get an instant lose every time I attempt the very first challenge. Other decks I've tried have been ok. I'm running the version listed at the top of the installation and troubleshooting thread (the 5 part rar file from the site in French). Can anyone see my issue??? The 4 Burning Wish es (wishes in general)are the problem they were restricted at some point I think so you could only have 1 and when they became unrestricted it wasn't changed.Besides they are way too powerful in Manalink as you can choose any card not only ones you own,so in my opinion it is good more than 1 is not allowed.

And thanks for the reply, I can now work on setting the deck up with just the one Wish.

I dunno about too powerful I'm having a tough time beating the Tribal challenge - have had a few cracks with Raffinity, ATS and White Moat driven decks, all to no avail so far. My most successful run was with Oath of Druids dropping Emrakul but just didn't get over the line... I know I probably need to look outside the square (I'm really only a Vintage/Legacy player) and get into Planeswalkers and the like to reliably win but for the moment I am enjoying building my own decks and reliving the glory days of Mirrodin and Kamigawa - I wish I could remember the combo my mate used to run to drop 2 Kokushos onto the battlefield to take 10 life from opponents, it was a goodie!

If you enjoyed that, you'll be disappointed to find out that the legend rule was changed some time ago. Having 2 Kokushos on the battlefield will now ask you to sacrifice one of them instead of both.

Yes! I noticed that too when i oath of druids'd a second Emrakul the other day... That and the mana burn rule change must have really changed the way things play now. Now back to unlocking Goblin Welder!
