Sure here is the deck list. Basically you do nothing but play islands for about 4-5 turns and then you attempt to "go off" in one turn. Since you have to win in one turn you can wait until the last possible turn before you will die to get as much land into play, and hope to draw the cards you need.

First, you cast as many High Tide 's as you can. Then you use cards such as Turnabout, Frantic Search, Time Spiral, or Snap to untap all your lands (since your lands are tapping for more than 1 mana you make a profit here). Then using your extra mana, you draw cards using Meditate, Accumulated Knowledge, Ancestral Recall, and whatever else to keep drawing and untapping and drawing and untapping.

Finally you cast a Blue Sun's Zenith on the opponent and force them to draw their entire library using all the mana you made.

Its a very viable deck, and I used a version of it that has only instants for the instant challenge (Instant challenge deck HERE). But I was not able to beat the storm challenge with it.
(Normally Brain Freeze would also be a win condition to mill them but on this challenge you lose before they draw a card and deck themselves).

.1342 4 Time Spiral
.11422 2 Blue Sun's Zenith
.1547 1 Brainstorm
.126 15 Island
.1084 1 Merchant Scroll
.1527 1 Mystical Tutor
.1558 4 Meditate
.11160 4 Preordain
.1790 4 High Tide
.1 1 Ancestral Recall
.10612 4 Misty Rainforest
.5928 4 Cunning Wish
.1511 1 Ponder
.1395 4 Frantic Search
.4660 4 Accumulated Knowledge
.3933 4 Turnabout
.250 1 Timetwister
.1344 1 Snap

The Perfect Storm you have to win on the 1st turn or you lose...That is the problem. I don't get other turns.

Oh I see the problem! You do not have to win on turn one. You have to win the turn that you play your first spell. So you can wait as long as you want, but the moment you play a spell you gain a legacy effect that will kill you at the end of your turn if you don't win.

You can also do other things like suspend, cycle, and unearth.

I couldn't make anything based on that work but anyone else is welcome to. The "cycle a bunch of creatures, then cast Living Death with some way of giving them all haste" deck was fun for a moment but basically nonfunctional.

I liked the High Tide deck for this one. I played 22 islands and Mana Severance to keep from fizzling. The build with fewer islands and Accumulated Knowledge looks better though.
