Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hi there.

A simple question: how am I supposed to play Lotus Bloom?

If I get it correctly, it's coded with a 99 cc. But how can I play its suspend ability?

Well, there is definitely an issue about it because its randomly not working and I will post a report in the bug section (to use Lotus Bloom you should be able to clic on the Rule Engine card and select Activate Lotus Bloom, but for some deck RE doesn't even appear even if Lotus Bloom is in hand)
