I've never programmed in VB (if I remember rightly, that's what you're using), but can't be that complicated :p

So yes, I think I'll at least have a look at your code, and see if something is possible. Keep you updated once I've had a look!

Can I get a suggestion of what cards to use for 3.2 "Share the Wealth"? It's the scenario in which you have to may all opponents have at least 35 cards by the end of the game.

Ambassador. Throne Room. Familiar (this will put potions into the game). Sea Hag (there will be no curses but it will give them a useless card). Any card that makes people gain money. No cards that let anyone trash and try to keep the cards from being too good so the game doesn't end quickly. Smugglers/Ironworks type cards can be good, but might make the game end too quickly. Throne Room your ambassador and use it to give the other opponents copper, silver, estates, potions, familiars and bureaucrats and sea hags. Don't expend any piles on purpose.

Seems like a walkthrough could've been helpful to me. :)

Can anyone offer me some strategy assistance for Chapter 4, Scenario 1?

Any hints for chapter 2-4?

The game always seems to end before I can get all 10 cards down. Usually I get about 7-8.

I use a combination of Lookout and pearldiver to try and maximize the 'accuracy' of my native village hiding. And Ghost Ship really helps too. But still just not good enough =/

I can't seem to complete any campaign, because at the 1st one I get 8 Platinum, 2 Gold and 2 Silver witch is worth way more than 45 in cost and have 2 colonies thus winning also by having more point but the program say that I failed every times
Here my question:
1) Can you use Prosperity's Platinum and Colonies?
2) Do you have to also win with Victory point?

1) This is where the problem is. Platinum don't count for campaign 1.
2) No, just money

Well I tried by removing the platinum and colonies and I still can't win the campaign even by having all the 12 gold.

1st -- I just found this program last week. I really LOVE the campaign mode. Dominion isn't really my fav deck-builder (I actually prefer Thunderstone), but the campaign mode adds the theme that I find missing from general Dominion.

I seem to be stuck on Chapter 2, Part 3 where you are supposed to try to get at least -10 VP to win. Your opponents have Witches, Sea Hags and Torturers so they are slinging curses left and right. The closest that I've come is to get -13. Any suggestions --- obviously from the questions, many folks have made it past this level. As a reminder, the cards that I get to chose from are: Cellar, Lighthouse, Haven, Pearl Diver, Lookout, Navigator, Tactiian, Treasury, Bazaar.

i am also having trouble with Chapter 4, Part 1: Adventures Abroad.

i can manage to get two provinces but my hand seems to end up with too many curses too early to get any decent amount of treasure.

any strategies would be great

Hi guys. Am loving Dominion. Thanks to all for your effort.

I need some help with "Chapter 2, Part 4: Rescued". Just cannot seem to get all kingdom cards into a village in time.

Can someone suggest a winning strategy for this level?

Thanks a bunch in advance!

This is the one where your opponents start with Gold instead of Copper.

There appear to be some hidden rules in this one that aren't explained in the intro:
- The opponents don't seem to be able to purchase Provinces.
- When the Duchies run out, 60 more are added (and more Estates as well)
- Running any pile out ends the game.

Even so, it seems like I only won by exploiting flaws in the AI:
- They don't recognize the need for extra buys, nor the fact that in the Kingdom I used, Pawn was the only possible source.
- They bought tons of King's Courts, with no other actions to use them on.
- They didn't recognize that with Noble Brigand and Pirate Ship in the game, they needed to invest in some non-Treasure money sources.
- They don't know how to deck trim effectively, and ignored Chapel.

I cannot get past level 2-4 with the hiding 10 kingdom cards.

I was wondering if someone could copy and past the code that is in their notepad file named "campaign" if they are past that level.

I am stuck at 2:4 and the code for up to that level is: plmhtfxsq

Just hoping someone could post theirs who is past 2:4 so I don't have to keep on pulling my hear out about it. As I have been stuck for quite some time.

Thanks.
