DOTP Cant save pogress after mods

Hello, after i have did the expansion 2&3 upgrades and after the DATA_CORE.wad and Gilberts Unpack MOD with the secret button to activate all the decks ect, the game now does not save my progress, when i use the secret unlock deck option it will not save my progress anymore, and i have searched this particular problem on the forum other folks have asked about this but there were no answers, how do i fix this problem, how do i save my progress next time when i play the DOTP, cause it will not save when you finish playing. I hope someone can answer and have a solution for us, i m sure i am not the only one having this issues, i appreciate it, thanx!

Am i the only one dealing with this or can everyone save their progress???

This problem has been reported before, I don't remember the solution.

I'll move this to a better forum since this post is not documentation.
