Who knows how to make a new campaign?

Hello everyone someone knows how to create a campaign with custom deck and you can explain me how to do with a tutorial? Well as explaining the various commands and syntax, thank you!

This is everything I discovered about the XMLs that define campaigns:

The problem is that DotP2013 can only manage a certain number of campaign slots, and the Return to Ravnica DLC filled all of them, so any attempt to make a new custom campaign is futile. Trying to substitute an existing campaign with a custom one also gives problems, probably because the XMLs that define the campaign aren't the only source of information about the campaigns: there may be something hard-coded into the executable, or in a LOL file that cannot be decompiled with the LuaDec tool.
