Unlock Nicol Bolas deck (DotP 2013)

I'm looking for some simple instructions on how to unlock the bolas deck. If there already is a thread about that in the forum pls redirect me.

Thank you! Works fine even with steam version.
For all using the steam version make sure to install the .dll patch. (I can't post the link cuz "Your post looks too spamy for a new user, please remove off-site URLs -_-)
